I think I was dreaming of a spirit board while listening to Heartwork when I created this! It features a fossilized palmwood in planchette shape holding a grey moonstone, and set in a copper sphere. The moonstone does not have a copper backing, so the light can come through it. This was electroformed and given a antique patina. It has texture variations throughout and an imperfectly organic feel. It’s an intense statement piece! Hung on a copper chain with a handmade S-clasp. This has been sealed with a jewelry wax to keep it’s patina, which will wear off over time and gain it’s own patina. For the longevity of this, do not expose it to water or harsh chemicals.
Pendant is approximately 3″ at it’s widest point, 2 1/4″ in length, and the chain is 23″ long.
